The acquisition of UKCS by the Customs Support Group was completed on Wednesday 6th October, finalising the merger of 2 strong brands into an enhanced company that can offer more capacity, knowledge, and overall capability to their clients across the UK and Europe.
UKCS’ Managing Director Bryn Ward made this statement on the merger:

The combined company will have 6 strategically located offices, and over 210 customs specialists, in the UK.

What will change at UKCS?
Our customers have been informed about any administrative changes that will becoming into effect following the merger, but our operations will remain the same for the remainder of this year whilst all our processes and the combination of resources with CSG are assessed.
UKCS and CSG are both pleased to announce that directors Bryn Ward and Ross Gosling will remain in management of the UK offices, together with Des Hiscock, the current UK managing director of CSG.
